AAC History
Alliance Acoustical Consultants (AAC) is a California corporation,
established in 2000, bringing the skills, talents, and expertise of two
Principals (Bob Mantey and Robert Woo) together as a dedicated
acoustical consulting practice. Although the corporation is relatively
young, the practice is seasoned and experienced with over 40 combined
years of gaining skills and know-how in acoustical problem solving,
noise control, and vibration assessment. Our principals have honed these
technical skills and project management capabilities at prominent
engineering and consulting firms including Bolt Beranek and Newman, Wyle
Laboratories, J. J. Van Houten & Associates, Douglas Aircraft Company,
Parsons Engineering Science, Fluor Daniel, and PCR Services Corporation.
Working under the direction of the Principal Consultants, AAC has a
network of engineers, scientists, and technicians that add to the
overall resource base, as well as provide cost-effective solutions to
